Our philosophy is to build your child's confidence and self esteem through a fitness geared program. Realizing that this may be your child's first exposure to structured activity, we make a consistent attempt to make it a positive experience. By keeping the student to teacher ratio low, effective instruction and care for each child is ensured. Our program includes lessons on all gymnastics apparatus, which are modified to the special needs of young children.
- We start at 18 months of age.
- Classes must have a minimum of 3 students to start or remain open.
Boys 1 - This is an introductory level. This is for boys who are new to gymnastics. Students will be learning the basics on all 6 events as well as terminology. This includes the strength and flexibility to progress on to harder skills. Class length is 60 minutes.
Boys 2 - In this level, boys have mastered the basics and are ready to learn the next set of progressions. A stronger emphasis will be on strength and flexibility. They will work on cleaning up the skills they have learned. Boys will begin to learn short routines on each event that will help them advance to the next level.
